Happy New Year’s, all!
Are you making any resolutions? Heck, do you even believe in resolutions?
I used to believe in them, and I figured it was just commonplace to forget them and move on to other things.
But, if you can stick to your goals, then that’s all that counts! That’s just what you should be striving for all the time 🙂
I started changing my routine shortly before New Year’s so that it wouldn’t feel like a resolution but it would feel more like making active changes and trying to keep up with them. That’s what I’m telling myself anyway, haha.
So my goals are trying to do more yoga, post on here more often, and cook more! I think they’re more fun and light-hearted. Not things that I’ll be gravely upset about if I don’t accomplish them. So I guess that makes trying to be more calm, level-headed and happy as my real end goal, doesn’t it? Haha.
